NHL: Flyers acquire Hartnell and Timonen from Nasville

The Philadelphia Flyers just acquired some firepower to put up a fight in the Eastern Conference next season, as they exchanged a first round draft choice for the rights to forward Scott Hartnell along with those to defenseman Kimmo Timonen. Both players will boost the Flyers team after they lost all star forward Peter Forsberg to the Nashville Predators around the 2007 trade deadline. Oddly enough, the No. 23 overall pick was the same pick that Nasville had sent to close out the deal for Peter Forsberg in the first place. Well, you know what they say, what goes around comes around!
